When will my holster ship?
All orders ship via USPS within the time quoted on the product page. If for any reason your order will be delayed (not likely) we will contact you. Tracking information will be emailed to you when the order ships
If I order on Amazon or Ebay will my order arrive faster?
No. Orders from all sources are shipped in the order in which they are received. Order from here in order to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
I qualify for a coupon code, where do I enter it in?
You can enter coupon codes on the "Checkout Confirmation" page.
I forgot to enter my coupon code, can I add it after I’ve ordered?
No, discounts cannot be applied after the order is complete.
How do I verify my eligibility to use a coupon code.
For LEO or military customers, just send a message through the “Contact Us” section of the website using your military or LEO email address. NRA customers please enter the NRA member in the comments section of the checkout process. Orders using a coupon code will not be shipped until we receive verification.
I live/will be passing through the Logan, UT area, where is your store?
We are an online store only, we have no showroom, only a work shop. All of our holsters are made after they’re ordered, so there’s not much to see. If you feel an unbearable desire to see a holster or our sweet smiling faces, contact us to arrange a time for a short visit.
Can I pick up my holster from your shop to save on shipping?
Yes, if you live within a 50 mile radius of Logan, UT a pick-up option becomes available in the checkout process, check that box and you won’t be charged shipping. We will call you to arrange a convenient pickup time and place.
I have a (insert brand) laser attached to my gun, can you make a special holster for me?
Unless a listing specifically states that a laser model is available we cannot accommodate your laser. We do offer a few extremely popular laser options, but if yours isn’t one of those on our products list then we cannot make it. The same applies with any other rail or trigger guard mounted accessory.
How do I adjust the holster?
Each holster is adjustable for both cant and ride height. To adjust the holster remove the screw holding the belt clip in place and replace it in one of the available holes. It may take a few attempts to get the adjust just right for you. Make sure to tighten the screw tightly, and compress the rubber washer between the clip and the leather backer, they can come loose over time.
How do I properly care for my holster?
The only care your holster should require is that you ensure the screws holding the clips are periodically tightened. That’s your only job. Replacement screws are not covered under the warranty (warranty information below.) You can also use a soft cloth to buff the leather surface if you want it shiny.
What does the warranty cover?
If the holster fails for any reason return it to us and we will replace or repair it. We require the return of the original holster, to protect ourselves from fraud. You are responsible for the cost shipping the original holster back to us, we pay to ship the new or repaired holster back to you. The warranty does not cover mistreatment or damage.
Only our line of ACE holsters are covered under the lifetime warranty. All other products come with a 30 day warranty with a 14 day return policy unless otherwise specified.
Free belt clips for life?
Yes! Certain holster companies charge exorbitant amounts of money for replacement clips. We use high quality clips, however if on the odd chance your clips lose their “spring” we will replace it at no cost. We do require that you send the remains of the old clip back to us in order to protect ourselves from fraud. Call for more details.
The Screw fell out, can I have a new one?
You had one job, come on! (See care for holster instructions above) Replacement screw sets are available for purchase at our online store under the Holster Extra’s section. We don’t try to gouge you on the cost, we just need to cover our shipping expenses.
What is your return policy?
You can return the holster for any reason within the first 30 days, no questions asked less the cost of shipping. The refund will be issued upon our receipt of the returned holster. Please contact us prior to the return so we know it’s coming. In many cases we can resolve whatever issue you're having with the holster and render the return unnecessary.
The Retention on my holster is too tight/loose, what can I do?
We will happily adjust the retention of your holster at no cost, just ship it back to us and we’ll adjust it according to your instructions. You can also adjust the retention on your own, contact us via email or telephone for detailed instructions.
Do you have a holster for a (insert gun brand and model here.)
Probably not. We are constantly on the hunt for new gun molds to add to our line up, occasionally we can get an unlisted mold after a customer has asked about a certain type, but generally the product line up on our website are the only holsters available. But it never hurts to ask.
Will this gun (insert gun brand and model here) fit in that holster?
Maybe. That’s really all we can promise. We can guarantee that the gun for which the holster is made will fit perfectly, beyond that you’ll have to rely on your own research. There are some models that are interchangeable, and some that are not. This is a common issue with S&W semi-autos that were made prior to the M&P series, all we can say is that your guess is as good as ours. In any case you have a 30 day money back guarantee, so if you want to give it a try, go for it, if it doesn’t work, return the holster according to our 30 day return policy.
